Note that in this case, we consider the mean Black moon position: in my opinion, it appears to be the most meaningful in most classic cases. But keep in mind that when it comes to the Black moon we must see things from a “zonal” perspective (an area with an Orb), rather than as a fixed point.
It will pass into Taurus around fall 2020 in October and will leave around July 2021 at the beginning of summer. In this position, it very much highlights the transit of Uranus over a medium-length time frame, which is still in the 1st decan of this sign, and it is bound to play a role as a triggering factor for these elements.

Significant Uranian forces to watch out for in late 2020, early 2021
Taurus is thus particularly energized in the medium term ever since these last few years with Uranian forces, and for this sign which in theory seeks out stability and durability, things are really stirred up on a basic level, especially in relation to the 1st decan, at least for the moment (this can obviously resurface more directly by way of the energies of the 1st decans of the other Fixed signs: Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius).
The Black moon highlights these electric, effervescent, yet also unstable, explosive, and “revealing” energies. As Mars’s transit resumes its direct motion in November, we may feel that at the end of 2020 various things may be “freed”, and in the wake of the various tensions which may have weighed heavily on the Cardinal signs in 2020 (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn), we will not be unhappy to finally find a more dynamic phase with fewer hindrances and slowdowns.
Here, this mixture in a conjunction of the Black moon / Uranus inevitably maintains a certain violent energy, between the sharp edge of the former and the revolutionary forces of the latter; we really have something here that forces us to go out of our comfort zone, which may directly require that we renounce or detach from things.
With the coronavirus crisis taking effect in the background on a global level, it’s also not impossible that this type of passage could be linked to medical innovations, for example…
The black moon in transit through Taurus in 2020/2021
The conjunction of the Black moon and Uranus will come about progressively over the course of the entire fall season, thus having a significant impact on the end of 2020, but also the beginning of 2021, when the aspect will be exact!
In particular, we should also watch Mars’s transit more closely, especially during the first fortnight of January, when this planet will quickly catch up to Uranus and form a conjunction with it around January 20, 2021. This aspect thus truly has an explosive, nervous, violent charge.
The risk of accidents greater during this passage, specifically the risk of various health-related “crises”, especially if it moves across important points of your birth chart; even historically in astrology, this can be a highly significant conflicting, destructive, or revealing energy, and here again the notion of an “economic crisis” is not to be disregarded, even though the root causes of this passage originated in 2020…
In parallel, we also see that the conjunction of the social planets, Jupiter and Saturn, has already been taking full effect on the beginning of Aquarius since the very end of 2020 (the 1st decan is very much galvanized as a result); again, Uranian influences have medium-term effects on slow transits. These social planets also form a square here with Uranus in Taurus, and they can highlight very important social changes, with energies of reform and renewal that are really very powerful and important!
It should be noted that in the United States there is a political change, with the presidential elections taking place at the beginning of November, so the new president will be at the beginning of his term, and as this country allows us to measure the energy of the entire planet, it’s not impossible that these Uranian influences could apply here first and foremost, and that therefore what happens in this corner of the world at this time may specifically have important repercussions for the whole planet…
In particular, we will have to keep an eye on what is at play from approximately mid-December to mid- or late January, because given everything that will take place during that time, this could have effects later on throughout 2021; this period of time may represent only a kind of “beginning”, and it will thus be necessary to find other engines and ways of fueling evolution afterwards.
This transit of the Black moon may therefore be interesting for all of these reasons! It brings a certain karmic charge that accentuates a kind of imperative fatality related to these forces, and it gives us an additional way of understanding the powerful Uranian wave that will be taking place at that time.
