The precision of the birth time directly affects the quality and accuracy of the analysis.
For this purpose, they may contact the town hall of their birthplace to request a more precise birth certificate, or gather information from relatives to refine the birth time as much as possible.
Payment for astrological consultations is made in advance by the client by bank card through Paypal, online payment intermediaries that handle security protocols.
No banking information is processed on the website itself; during checkout, the client is redirected to their secure sites via https connections.
Ethics: Important clarifications
Confidentiality, sincere support, professionalism, and reliability are the foundational principles.
The aim is certainly not to offer any consultation to anyone under any circumstance.
An astrological reading does not perform miracles; it’s simply one analytical method among others to support personal growth.
Final results depend on many external factors and are clearly multifactorial. Therefore, no astrological study can replace the expertise of other professionals who may accompany you (general practitioners, lawyers, accountants, psychologists, psychiatrists, clergy members, or others).
It’s genuinely crucial that the Client take time and care in choosing the astrologer, just as they would when selecting any professional whose guidance they seek.
This choice will significantly influence the quality of the results and the success of their goals.

If the Astrologer considers that they cannot fulfill their mission according to their Code of Ethics or cannot provide the appropriate support to the Client at that moment, they may decline the consultation while offering the most suitable and benevolent guidance, according to their best judgment.
The client must also fully understand that astrology is not an “exact science” capable of guaranteeing firm results. It’s primarily an art of symbolic interpretation of astrological and planetary analogies (it remains within the realm of symbolism and the inherent subjectivity of interpretation, not a scientific analysis with demonstrable proof).
Description of consultations and prices
See the Consultations page for detailed descriptions of each option. It’s recommended to have an exchange beforehand to confirm feasibility and clarify what a consultation offers, as well as its inherent limits.
Descriptions and prices may be updated at any time. The client is encouraged to carefully read the detailed description of each service before ordering, to clearly understand their differences.
All prices are listed with tax included. VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Clients are responsible for their study once it has been delivered. It’s strongly advised to keep multiple copies, both digital and printed. Passion-astro.com does not commit to storing studies indefinitely or to being able to retrieve them months or years after the order.
An astrological study is strictly personal and confidential. The topics discussed may be highly sensitive, describing aspects of personality or private life. It’s therefore advised not to share this information publicly or with just anyone.
In case of cancellation, a full refund may be requested within 2 months after the order, provided no work has yet been done on the consultation, minus banking processing fees amounting to 3% of the consultation price.
If work has already begun, a fixed amount corresponding to what has been completed may be deducted from the refund.
Any refund can only be issued via Paypal; no other refund method will be possible.
Issuing an invoice for an amount under 50 euros before tax incurs processing fees of 6 euros per copy.
Digital products : Subscriptions
Subscription : any order involving membership and subscription to publications or services for a limited renewable period of time.
Subscriptions correspond to a membership and give access by exclusively dematerialized digital means to the viewing of certain products, publications, or services, they require access to a computer / tablet / smartphone with an internet connection (no postal mailing, any internet access fees are the exclusive responsibility of the subscriber), and require the automatic opening of a “subscriber account” on the site, which is strictly unique and personal.
No “subscriber account” access may be shared, sold, transferred or made available to the public for free.
The subscriber undertakes to keep his/her personal information relating to his/her subscription up to date and to keep his/her connection codes strictly confidential.
The subscriber also agrees not to distribute, transfer for free or for a fee, all or part of his/her subscription, such as various digital products, publications, or services, to which he/she would have had access via his/her subscription.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in the cancellation of the subscription and may give rise to legal action to put an end to this prejudice.
Current active subscriptions and downloads are accessible once logged in via the “My Account / Subscriptions” or “My Account / Downloads” page.
The nature and frequency of the subscription are specified on the product page of each order and in the billing summaries.
At the end of the subscription, an email will be sent to the subscriber to specify the terms of renewal.
The subscription payment solution chosen by the site is through Paypal, which manages all subscriptions.
The subscriber has access to the various information on his/her current subscriptions and memberships via his/her private profile page, which is where he/she can upgrade or renew his/her subscriptions (upgrade, renewal, means of payment).
All subscriptions are taken out from the day of the order and for the duration specified in the billing summaries which are sent by email by Paypal and by passion-astro.com at the time of subscription and to the email address of the subscriber.
As products with digital content with immediate access available for download, the right of withdrawal is not applicable under French law, especially to avoid abuse (order, download everything, enjoy the digital products, and get a refund, and even reorder later again).
However, the purpose of the site is not to keep subscribers against their will, subscriptions serve to support the free work provided, but if a subscriber benefactor is not satisfied with a subscription at the time of subscription he or she can make a request for withdrawal within 14 days via the Contact page. He/she must, however, undertake not to place a new order at a later date.
Any subscription started is due in its entirety, but the subscription can be suspended at any time via the “My Account” page or on request via the Contact page.
In the event of non-payment of an order or non-renewal, access to the subscription automatically switches to “expired”, and downloads are no longer available within the “My Account” page.
Old subscriptions that have expired are not kept in the database of the site, they may be deleted during an update at any time, any renewal then becoming impossible, it becomes necessary to take out a new subscription.
