This lunation chart was drawn up at the exact moment of the Sun / Moon conjunction on November 15, 2020, it gives the “general” astral trends for the coming month mainly based on the Aspects and Signs of the zodiac. This study must be nuanced by bringing it closer to your birth chart, and to your Transits and Progressions for Forecasts. Think, to help you, to read my interpretation article of the New moon and Full moon in houses.
Phase of Social Acceleration
This new moon will be particularly powerful with regard to Martian energies, since it will set the pace for the resumption of the direct motion of this planet (since the preceding day on november 14th), and we can’t really claim to be unhappy about that ! Especially for personalities that fall within the Fire element and the Cardinal signs…
The Martian retrograde motion has been in place since summer’s end and it constitutes the last major impediment of the year 2020, a year that will also have been marked quite a bit by retrograde motions, and at last it can allow for a more dynamic and “exploitable” autumn end !
We can also observe that the social planets, Jupiter and Saturn, have regained quite a bit of speed, which kind of confirms this “valve opening” logic, Jupiter forming for the last time a conjunction with Pluto, which is a sign of a last battle of honor around the formation of this stellium in Capricorn (read my article on the Jupiter transit in 2020 in this sign).
We can also affirm that, in a way, some social page is being actively turned with these forces, the Uranian energies will enormously grow in power over the end of this year and the beginning of 2021 (refer to my article on the transit of the Black moon in Taurus over 2020 and 2021) and this new moon at 23° Scorpio can confirm and powerfully impel these transformations.
This lunation, which symbolically unfolds as an energy of opposition to the Uranus transit in Taurus, is the starting point from which certain revelations or clarifications about these Uranian forces can operate and produce a “values crisis” (especially towards the end of November).
In a relatively short period of time, at the end of 2020, we may want to “put an end” to the many things that have happened over the year, even since March for some, or since August for others (depending on the cycle that we are analysing and which may be predominant for our own birth chart), but also to quickly move on to something else, to quickly shift gears and adapt to the new colours of elemental energies, to the new carrier currents and possible opportunities…
We really need to keep this notion of “acceleration” in mind, moreover it will be perfectly materialised by the transit of Mars, especially from the end of November and in December when the planet will quickly regain speed !
The 3rd decans of the Cardinal signs will be very sought-after over this period, and this will be your chance to “adjust the rod” after some forced breaks over the year (I had warned you about this at the start of 2020, advising you to sort as many things as possible beforehand), and the time for global regeneration should finally come.
The full Moon of November 30, 2020 will have changed axis in signs, to switch to Sagittarius / Gemini, passing moreover in a wide square to Neptune in Pisces, this can for example symbolize a period with a lot of idealism, perhaps in relation to the structural social reform to be carried out, the philosophical, altruistic components will be substantial, and it could be a convenient time to conceptualize, to practice some abstractions, which would be good as well (especially for the morale), which will enable some perspectives of development and evolution, to be less “short-sighted” and bearing constraints or limitations, and even if in the end this escape remains only purely symbolic, then quite momentary…
We must not lose sight of the fact that at the end of 2020, the duality “matter / spirit” is likely to be quite important and to be found in many spheres, and inevitably there is one of the 2 dimensions which is likely to be more frustrated than the other in the end !
It reminds me for example of the debates that regularly recur on the “universal basic income” : on paper it looks awesome, a different redistribution of wealth, but in reality it’s really hard to discern who will be able to pay for all that in the end, and especially what would be the final value of the money if we start sharing it out to everyone like Monopoly tickets ! It kind of creates a double-edged, irreversible, economic nuclear weapon…
The whole point will be to succeed, on the one hand, in listening to your intuitions and aspirations, but on the other hand, to know how to remain realistic in order to translate the powerful forces of reform that are being blown into reality as best as possible. But for all this, a great deal will be at stake come December and January 2021…
