This lunation chart was drawn up at the exact moment of the Sun / Moon conjunction on June 18, 2023, it gives the “general” astral trends for the coming month mainly based on the Aspects and Signs of the zodiac.
This study must be nuanced by bringing it closer to your birth chart, and to your Transits and Progressions for Forecasts.

Main signs impacted during the lunation:
3rd decans of Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius), 3rd decans of other Fire signs (Aries / Sagittarius)
Venus is entering its retrograde loop
This New Moon seems to be less tense than the previous one, except for the 3rd decans of the Fixed signs which will be quite busy during this period, with the fast moving transits in Leo, the transit of the Black moon, as well as the transits of Venus and of Mars.
Clearly, we must not neglect what is happening on the side of the 3rd decan of Leo during this period, because in my opinion, these are the major energies of the moment in the fast phases (thus being able to “sign” the lunation the most), and which are likely to form a non-negligible (and quite sharp) triggering factor, on the short and even on the medium term!
We can speak here of “medium term” for several reasons, the first one being that Venus will start to enter progressively in its retrograde loop just from this new moon, and that this one will mark all the summer of 2023, it will not come out of its retrograde loop before even the month of October (insisting a lot on the 3rd and 2nd decans of Leo, but I will have the opportunity to talk about it more in a dedicated article obviously).
I also remind you here, that to analyze a retrograde motion of a planet, it is not enough to locate only its retrograde transition and its resumption in direct march, but the whole formation of the loop! (so also the entries in stationary phases)
For example, here Venus will really pass retrograde only around the 3rd decade of July 2023, but it does not prevent that the planet already enters its retrograde loop from this lunation of June.
Also what is at stake in this late spring and early summer of 2023 is to be analyzed more closely, because what is “awakened” there can be of a nature to mark even several months, until autumn at least, and maybe beyond in some cases (some cycle correlations can carry things until spring 2024).
In any case, the Venus / Mars / Black moon mixture that is formed over the period, can be very passionate, very intense, but also quite nervous, electric, excessive, impulsive (don’t forget either that these forces act at the increasing square of the transit of Uranus in Taurus, so this forms a mixture that is not really reputed to be “quiet”, and with a charge of emancipation that is obviously not to be neglected either!)
This can be translated more easily at the relational and affective level obviously, and can help, depending on how it is expressed in the birth chart of each one, either in a new encounter (with a particular karmic charge), or in the taking of a decision in a more definitive way, or even in the activation of a confrontation, or the fact of refusing certain old patterns.
There may be a bigger step to climb in all these matters, especially around the end of June and the beginning of July, that is to say the whole first half of the lunation, which is therefore to be analyzed more deeply and put in a perspective of potentially several months (the elements raised there may therefore require more time than expected to be “refined”).
Watch out for June 22, 2023, when the transit of the Moon reaches the 3rd decan of Leo as well, and can therefore add another short-term trigger, as well as June 30, 2023, when the Moon will reach opposition to Uranus from Scorpio and form a sensitive T-square still with Leo energies…
It’s really what’s going on around these leonine energies that seems to be the major configuration that marks this period the most.
The Full Moon of July 03, 2023 does not bring any particular big change with respect to the background astrological configurations (read in particular, for example, my article on the transit of Jupiter going up Taurus since May).
Watch out again on July 6, 2023, when the Moon transiting Aquarius will oppose the 3rd decan of Leo, and to a lesser extent, around July 12, 2023, when the Moon transit will reach the 3rd decan of Taurus (we will have completed the Fixed Cross for this lunation month), this last phase however seems less tense.
On the other hand, from this second decade of July, several elemental changes will take place in the sky of the fast moving transits, we see in a close way, Mercury passing in Leo, Mars passing in Virgo, or else in karmic transit, the lunar nodes changing axis to invest Libra/Aries!
Many useful energies to represent a “turning point”, a new dynamic, especially obviously if you are specifically concerned by these transits according to your birth chart, they will be able to help you in short-term unblocking at least from this end of lunation.
