This lunation chart was drawn up at the exact moment of the Sun / Moon conjunction on January 21, 2023, it gives the “general” astral trends for the coming month mainly based on the Aspects and Signs of the zodiac.
This study must be nuanced by bringing it closer to your birth chart, and to your Transits and Progressions for Forecasts.

Fixed signs, Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, Scorpio
Interesting “speed-up” period
This new moon occurs right on the beginning of Aquarius (1st decan), both conjunct transiting Pluto on the end of Capricorn, in apex of the lunar nodes and in opposition to the Black moon that has just moved into Leo (a transit that I have dealt with in a dedicated article).
This is a configuration which has a karmic load which should not be neglected, especially for all the 1st decans of the Fixed signs, which can be quite innervated over the period, and which can for example have to decide something, or to operate an important turning point of life, according obviously to the way these energies act on their own birth charts.
During the month of January, Mars in Gemini resumed its direct motion, and at the end of the previous lunation, Mercury in Capricorn resumed its direct motion too. So, finally, for the last few months, we can experience a sky without any retrogradation of personal planets!
Mars and Mercury are going to pick up speed quite a bit from now on, and this could contribute to a “feeling of acceleration” over the period, simply because things that have remained in suspension in the medium term will finally be able to progressively unblock, to move forward…
Depending on the energies of each person, some may have already felt it earlier in January, especially the Cardinal influences, but it will be able to continue now, involving new people, more in the Fixed and Mutable influences.
It is a bit as if we had to settle now in a condensed way in February/March all the points that are dragging on and that we have had difficulty in managing in the last few months…
Suffice to say, it may remain quite electric and sharp, but the transit of Jupiter in Aries and the Black Moon in Leo will be just interesting Fire assets for this too!
The main qualities to be exploited during this period to settle/finalise things seem to be more mental, social and relational, so they could be found in an important discussion, or in a negotiation, which also requires the cultivation of psychology and empathy.
In any case, if we want to move the lines that have remained frozen in the medium term, we must now “think”, and if necessary change our approach to try other approaches if necessary!
But it seems to be happening quite naturally now (maybe because we’re just fed up with the previous status quo too), but in any case there also seems to be some good adaptability during the period to counterbalance…
The two social planets, Jupiter and Saturn, also gain a lot of speed at this time, which again forms a useful asset participating in the fast-paced dynamics of the moment, both in terms of sorting out old files, but also to be exploited creatively for some people (especially on the side of the Fire and Air signs who seem to benefit most from the synergy of these forces).
The Full Moon of 05 February 2023 does not belie these background influences, and it does not give a huge amount of additional medium-term information…
Be careful though, because from then on, the social and conciliatory forces of the beginning of the lunation could be a little less patient, and more easily turn to argument or confrontation (the rapid transits can more easily support this).
