The Planets

Each Planet in astrology represents subtle energies, already present inside man, and which will resonate and act differently according to the signs and the houses where they are placed and the aspects that they make, especially among themselves or at the angles, as well as during their transits for example for the forecast elements.
The Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, these planets travel through the zodiac and color our existences, we can connect them by their energies, which they represent analogously, to the different signs of the zodiac, as well as to the astrological elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water), they symbolize by their placement within the solar system a form of initiatory path, or a “whole” for the personality.

Note that the planets “do not act” as such, it is mostly a synchronicity between the sky and what happens on Earth, in us, “As above, so below” (as the alchemists said). Read in particular Astrology of Personality by D.rudhyar

By understanding the different planetary analogies, we better understand what is inside our personality and in our fundamental realization, and it’s therefore extremely important to try as much as possible to give a conscious expression to the natal planets, in a humanistic vision of astrology.
It might be tempting to sum things to only one single astrological planetary dominant, but very often in reality one realizes that there is a palette of simultaneous dominants.
