The planet Jupiter could have been an important triggering factor in Capricorn, forming a stellium with Pluto and Saturn in 2020, a conjunction that we very rarely encounter, we can actually refer to it as historical.
But the exact conjunction with the other social planet Saturn will only be really accurate around the 3rd dekad of December 2020 and on the very beginning of Aquarius ! when Jupiter will definitively cross the threshold of this sign…
This conjunction is also rare to observe in the sky, it only occurs about every 20 years, the previous one having taken place in Taurus around the year 2000, and the next one will take place in Libra around the year 2040, this really embodies the major astrological aspect that will mark this Jovian transit in Aquarius in 2021.
The aspect of Conjunction is always very energetic, in some respects, it represents “the root aspect” of all the others, the whole cycle gets its initial impulse from it, it forms the “point of reference”, the basic frame of reference, to determine the source of everything…
As such, it has both a symbolic charge of recapitulation and assessment of the previous cycle, but it must also allow the constitution and planting of the new seeds of the cycle to come : it’s both important to turn a new leaf but also be able to write a new chapter !
And here, it’s worth noting that when the conjunction unites the 2 social planets, there is a powerful reform possible at the level of the collective, of the group energies, of the society, all the more so when it happens under the rulership of Uranus, within the sign of Aquarius, which has a natural orientation towards these elements.
This can be quite “violent and surprising” as mixture, the Uranian energies are rather known to be explosive, sudden, unexpected…
It’s as though the Capricorn stellium of 2020 had been able to come and put a kick in the anthill, but with a certain latency, the renewal can only really begin with the year 2021.
We need to point out various “astonishing correlations”, such as the American presidential elections, taking place at the end of 2020, we can think that certain camps had every interest in “maintaining the status quo” throughout 2020, in pushing things back as far as possible, in tossing them under the rug (remember that I’m writing these lines in the summer of 2020). But with a new presidential term starting, that’s where the maximum energy for reform lies, though this may be painful if necessary, there is a “political opportunity” to be exploited, and to gobble up whatever pills are needed to revamp the system ! In any case, the people will find themselves constrained electorally for a certain amount of time, and since we also know that the USA kind of sets the pace for the entire planet, we really have to keep a close watch on all these elements…
The events occurring at the very end of 2020 and beginning 2021, where the conjunction of these planets will be exact and in square with their ruler Uranus, will have a really very powerful and particular charge, I already mentioned this for the transit of the Black moon in Taurus, for the transit of Saturn in Aquarius over 3 years, and this transit of Jupiter really adds a conspicuous “magnifying glass effect” !
Jupiter represents a lot the principles of “expansion”, inflation, overflowing, integration, everything that pushes to go beyond the limits, to surpass oneself; while Saturn, on the contrary, precisely represents the forces of limitation, structuring, weighting, perpetuation…
We really have a medium-term configuration that emphasizes duality on a worldwide level “security / freedom”, but in this case, the shares of emancipation are really massive, explosive, it’s a lot the risk-taking, on a social level, that will be able to predominate in the medium term with these influences.
And we can be sure that the outcome here will have several years to better develop, probably throughout the duration of Saturn’s transit (nearly 3 years), but probably also the necessity to already prepare the important entry of Pluto into Aquarius from spring 2023 ! What we really face here is a crossroads of very long term historical astrological cycles, of several centuries.
The transit of Jupiter through Aquarius in 2021 in everyday life
In the shorter term, over the year 2021, much will thus depend on where this Jupiter / Saturn conjunction will fall within your birth chart !
The 1st decans of the Fixed signs (Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio) are particularly sensitive in an obvious manner over the period, but all decans will probably have impacts in different ways during the year.
With regard to these transits of the social planets, the year tends to be divided up :
It’s globally advisable to maximize the undertakings and initiatives taken during the 1st semester, and even the 1st quarter if you can : this is when the impulse energies will be at their maximum, and it’s even possible that from April to June one can only continue on the powerful momentum of this impulse, starting to reap some Uranian fruits.
The risk also being significant, in this first quarter of 2021, if we cannot fully and consciously accompany the things and the exteriorizations required, we’ll definitely be subjected to them by the force of fate, which will come and force us out of our comfort zone ! (even if it means turning the table upside down and feeling insecure, whatever the cost).
Whatever may have sprouted at the very beginning of 2021, may already start bearing fruit ready for the harvest from April / May, on the other hand from June 2021 we would notice an evolution of the social forces.
Initially, Jupiter is going to reach and invest the sign of Pisces, under the rulership of Neptune (also valuing the transit of this planet), towards mid-May, the very beginning of the 1st decan of this sign will be particularly energized until August ! (as well as the other Mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius)
Even if this planet will not delay to go retrograde (in the 3rd dekad of June) just like Saturn (3rd dekad of May), the summer could demand some adjustments, or take us back (even for events dating from April for example).

It will be necessary to wait afterwards around mid-October 2021, for the social planets to have a direct motion more favourable to direct social exteriorisations, on the other hand, you need to be careful because what we have here, it will mostly be the 2nd decans of the Fixed signs which will be at play during this period, and especially through a tightening of the square of Saturn to Uranus! Jupiter will definitely find the sign of Pisces in the very last days of 2021, the planet is getting ready to greatly underline Neptune’s transit over 2022, but that’s a story for another day… 🙂
