People with Mars in Libra have a tendency to greatly intellectualize things; they give things a lot of thought before taking action, and they curb their instincts. As a result, they are often very uncertain, so making decisions and resolving conflicts is really not their strong suit. They are somewhat like members of parliament, and so are quite apt to dillydally, study things at length, and weigh the costs and benefits of all possible alternatives before making even the slightest decision.
