Main signs impacted during the lunation:
On this lunation, it’s still quite broad, all the astrological Modalities are affected in their own way, so there are few signs passing through the astrological current influences.
More harmonious second half of the lunation
This New Moon really forms at the very beginning of the sign of Leo, a sector which remains very energetic during this period, since it is in Opposition energy to the transit of Pluto in early Aquarius and to the Trine of the Saturn / Neptune conjunction in early Aries.
This remains a very interesting configuration for better integrating these transpersonal planets into our personal assertiveness, and they can have different repercussions.
I’ve already talked about the dynamics of the Saturn / Neptune conjunction in the previous lunation, and we’re still on that track, so I won’t repeat those points, which remain valid in the medium term.
That said, the rest of the sky as a whole seems to indicate more confrontational, relational and emotional mechanisms at the beginning of the lunation, perhaps power struggles with Pluto involved and Mercury retrograde insisting on this opposition as well (compared to what was born around the previous lunation, when Mercury formed its first opposition to Pluto in its retrograde loop).
We can also see that Mercury forces are very important in this period, in the chain of rulerships, with Venus in square with Mars and the South Node in Virgo.
These are therefore very “mental” forces, more easily nervous and anxious, and where you may be asked to show a great deal of psychology and empathy (trying to understand how the other is thinking deeply), but where it may also be more difficult to reconcile what you feel (Venus and its affects) with what you desire (Mars and its capacity for volition).
So, if we add this confrontation between the emotional planets and Mercury’s retrograde, we shouldn’t be surprised to have to deal with certain arguments, misunderstandings or deep-seated differences of opinion, as well as delays and setbacks (things taking much longer than expected, perhaps, because we’ll hesitate to decide, we won’t dare, we’ll hesitate, or we’ll have to deal with obstacles because certain points won’t depend 100% on us, and we’ll have to wait for an outside opinion, for example).
It’s especially the first quarter of the lunation, up to the beginning of August, which seems to be the most tense for this (the beginning of August is still interesting for helping to make the right decisions).
Around the full moon of August 09, 2025 (or even a little earlier, around the 7th), Mars in Libra will quickly form a harmonic Grand Triangle with Uranus and Pluto, as well as a highly energetic flying deer figure with Saturn and Neptune in opposition in Aries!
What’s more, from the beginning of the 2nd decade of August, there’s also the direct motion of Mercury, as well as the conjunction of Venus to Jupiter in Cancer (at the trine of the Black moon in Scorpio), so the period seems to be ripe for some very interesting unblocking…
Particularly in terms of relationships and emotions, this period can help you make new acquaintances and allies, but also form negotiations, mediations and conciliations, to finally reach an agreement, and something that can be balanced between the parties.
If things have been dragging on since the end of June, we may have to wait until mid-August for a better dynamic, so we’ll have to be patient.
