As with the last lunation of February 2026, it is still Pisces and the Mutable signs, as well as the first decans of the Cardinal signs, that may be the most affected.
Continuation of the Neptunian dynamic
It’s still the Neptunian dynamic that drives the period, since the previous lunation, so we continue on the same path, quite similar throughout February and March 2026. I may end up repeating myself, but repetition is part of learning. 🙂
The conjunction of Saturn and Neptune is exact at the beginning of Aries during these months of February and March 2026, and this may bring back to the table themes that were first awakened in late spring and early summer 2025, when this same conjunction began to form…
That said, in 2025, this conjunction was not yet fully exact, and moreover Saturn and Neptune quickly went retrograde after their fleeting approach in July. This may have required preparation, internalization, and more time, allowing things to build throughout the second half of 2025.
But now it’s quite different! The planets are in full momentum and engaging their conjunction in an exact way, with all the potential creative forces and active, enterprising energy that it holds…
The new moon also forms in close conjunction with Neptune, symbolically shining a light on these forces, helping them to culminate.
This may heighten awareness of the “matter / spirit” duality during this period, since Earth and Water planets are blending — between structuring forces and transpersonal emotional receptivity.
Much therefore also depends on how you understand and express your natal Neptune, and on the balance you have between these planets and your earthly forces.
If you are already sensitive to aquatic forces, highly receptive on an emotional level, this period could increase your intuition, your inspiration, your sensitivity.
You might feel more (also with risks of psychological instability, by the way), but it remains a powerful energy to maximize if you are involved in artistic, spiritual, devotional, or caregiving activities.
Neptune represents high ideals, so this may also be favorable, for example, to connect with the expression of a vocation (a synthesis between concrete material achievements and what can be idealized).
If, on the other hand, you already struggle with Neptunian forces in your birth chart, finding them too abstract or incomprehensible, this period could also manifest more easily as confusion, disturbances, or a sense of being lost…
For example, having more difficulty making decisions, or having to deal with people who don’t really know what they want, who may seem elusive, unstable, or inconsistent (even if Saturn is there in principle to help frame and structure these forces, we cannot entirely dismiss the risks of excess and drift).
This can apply to different areas of life, depending on where this configuration falls in your birth chart, in house — so it may manifest in the emotional, social, or professional sphere, etc.
That said, the configuration of this new moon does not appear “negative,” nor particularly tense. Once again it seems more about accompanying a creative process, a new beginning, during February / March 2026.
We also see that shortly after the new moon, Mercury — which was conjunct the North Node in its stationary phase — goes direct again, which may help with breakthroughs and the lifting of introversions.
If things have been delayed or faced setbacks at the start of March — for example if you were waiting for authorization, a green light, or an important discussion with someone — this could move forward positively from then on.
As Black moon is also involved from Sagittarius, at the apex of the lunar nodes, this could even help to “cut through” matters definitively, taking advantage of the impulse generated by this new moon to make a firm decision (taking the plunge).
And indeed, all the planets regain good velocity during this lunation, even Jupiter, which has been direct again since mid-March. This can strongly support the momentum of this early spring (the equinox being on March 20, 2026, right at the very beginning of this lunation).
Note also at the very end of March, around the 30th, Venus enters domicile Taurus, which may be felt strongly by natives sensitive to this sign, and can be harnessed throughout April (to attract, charm, negotiate, start a new relationship, etc).
It will be worth watching closely if Taurus resonates particularly for you in your birth chart.
The full moon of April 2, 2026 occurs at the beginning of the 2nd decan on the Aries / Libra axis, with Jupiter transiting Cancer at the apex. It does not necessarily bring much additional information to work with, except that the period seems to carry rather interesting social energies to maximize.
This may be useful if, for example, you want to have an important conversation with a loved one or at work, to lay things out clearly or to reveal something (much of the second half of the lunation remains favorable for this).
In the 2nd decan of April, for the last quarter of the lunation, Mars enters its domicile Aries, thus joining the conjunction with Neptune / Saturn, and potentially triggering it!
It will also be joined by Mercury and the Moon at the end of the lunation, around April 16, when again the period seems favorable for a Neptunian trigger — perhaps through a new encounter or special activity embodying these energies, or through the need to care for or assist someone in particular.
Note that this phase and period remain largely harmonious, with sextile links forming an apex relay between Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus at the end of Taurus, so nothing to fear…
This may also connect with a particular introspective or analytical work, bringing new insights that may have been blocked until now (the period may be favorable in a “therapeutic” sense, as we see that the April new moon will form in close conjunction with Chiron).
