Underground volcano
This new moon can be quite explosive, eruptive, even if the energies have difficulty to be externalized and remain quite underground, secret, the opposition that Uranus forms to it from Taurus conceals a lot of instability or can be a form of enlightenment, of necessary revelation that will come to stir up a lot of things.

Having said that, the aspect being here decreasing, there is an important notion of “integration” to be carried out, and Libra being also under the rulership of Saturn by exaltation, that can on the positive side release a lot of patience, perseverance, reinforcing in a way the endurance, especially in the sphere of work, and it’s not the 2 signs of the Scorpio / Taurus opposition which are hyper-tough, that will say the opposite here !
So we must not give up on this period, we are not in the audacity of a sprint (where the risks may have already taken place initially several weeks or months ago) but more in a long-distance race, where we must be clearly in the long term, aim for what is reliable, sustainable, perennial…
A lot of what I have been able to evoke these last months is still relevant in terms of background transits, as much for Uranus in Taurus, as for the Black Moon conjunction with Neptune, as for the important and sensitive actualization of Capricorn, there is little evolution…
The full moon of November 12, 2019 underlines more directly the plutonian energies by good relationships of the luminaries to Pluto, Mercury had time to go retrograde (quite quickly after the new moon), the planet may require more depth, analysis, but it will not really make a major aspect to the rest of the configuration a priori…
Including on an emotional level, Venus is now very fast in its step, it will very quickly cross all of Sagittarius in less time than the lunation, it will be able to raise many idealizations but which are again likely to be frustrated by the saturnian and neptunian weights…
