This lunation chart was drawn up at the exact moment of the Sun / Moon conjunction on May 11, 2021, it gives the “general” astral trends for the coming month mainly based on the Aspects and Signs of the zodiac. Tensions between Earth and Uranian energies / emergence of Neptunian forces
Over the medium term, the duality of “security and freedom” tends to be well maximized, I’ve already talked about it a lot in recent months, with all the Uranian wave that has taken place since early 2021, and here between the Earth of Taurus, and the Saturn / Uranus square, the stumbling block continues.
Especially on the side of this decreasing square from Saturn to Uranus, which tightens there frankly but will last over several months, even in early summer (very sensitive especially for the 2nd decans of the Fixed Cross, so also on the Leo and Scorpio side).
On the one hand, we have the fast transits that have greatly emphasized the Uranian energies in recent weeks, so forces of renewal, of reform to be carried out (may still be related to what will have germinated in January), but Saturn may represent precisely certain constraints of reality, responsibilities, limits, obstacles, which also require an “integration” (meaning of the decreasing square).

Still, on this new moon specifically, these are energies that can be quite “destabilizing”, in the sense that they force Taurus to move, to get it out of its daily routine, to lead exteriorizations, to go towards others, to break the status quo.
Especially at the beginning of the lunation, we see that the Gemini archetype, the mercurian forces, are gaining in power, it’s still interesting in terms of communication, learning, passing on to others, and in the medium term…
On the other hand, this lunation also marks a very important point of the year, it’s the shift of Jupiter already in the 1st decan of its home of Pisces ! The planet has very quickly gone up all Aquarius and thus passes from the Uranian forces to the Neptunian water forces.
Its important to watch out for this, because it can give rise, for example, to certain receptivities, intuitions, aspirations, over several weeks of this spring, which can be useful in an artistic but also “devotional” (in the broadest sense) setting.
However, within what’s born there, we must be aware that not everything can be accomplished at this period, over the coming weeks, Jupiter is coming to the end of its course and does not have much energy left, it needs to “step back to better leap”, just like Saturn by the way, the other social planet.
The Jovian forces can represent certain “preparatory forces” in this respect, but what will be raised there will really better materialize only from the end of 2021 and especially in 2022 as Jupiter will go directly up Pisces, in contact with the transit of Neptune, an important stage, a whole other story…
Coming back to this lunation again, we see that there is an important confrontation between Mercury in domicile in Gemini and Neptune Pisces, Mercury will go retrograde in addition towards the end of May, a little after the full Moon of May 26, 2021, and thus will insist enormously on this quadrature.
It should also be noted that as this full moon forms close to the transit of the lunar nodes, it signs a lunar eclipse, therefore has a particularly energetic charge over the period, with an exacerbated emotional receptivity !
The confrontation of the Mercurian and Neptunian forces is never very obvious, it’s a little bit the duality “mental / emotions”, or “rationality / transcendence”, there can be more easily an intellectual boiling, and on one side imaginary, intuitive forces, which will turn at full speed, but on the other side certain barriers and obstacles, which will come to delay their realization, or to make doubt about possible concretizations… all the more so with the Saturnian / Uranian tensions mentioned above, “the test of reality” is really important !
This “reality test” requires above all a certain pragmatism, an empiricism, where concretely, we must only really retain what is functional, perennial, what works, and perhaps in this respect the beginning of June may form an important “crisis of values” (especially for all Mutable signs).
From the overall configuration of this period, a sense of “doubt” can be very much in evidence, the fact of not being able to satisfy all sides at the same time, and that inevitably some parties risk being frustrated in the process, or having to make divisive choices…
It will be good at this time to make an “assessment” of what the important Uranian wave of early 2021 could have brought, but also to question ourselves to make it evolve differently, to give it a new breath, it’s also the deep meaning of the emergence of Neptunian energies in this month which may be a certain “step to climb” or a “wavering” to better ultimately bring us closer to our fundamental ideals, our idealizations…
